MDM Lead Architect
About The Position
Legrand North America is seeking a highly skilled MDM Lead Architect who serves as the primary design lead for LNCA’s Master Data Management platform and the and a key enabler of scalable Data Governance through MDM platform capabilities. This role defines, implements, and governs enterprise master data architecture using Stibo Systems, and enables and integrates governance framework within MDM architecture and operationalized in alignment with LNCA enterprise data strategy, governance standards, and business outcomes. This role will work closely with business, analytics, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions that enable trusted, data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary design lead for LNCA’s Master Data Management platform.
- Acts as a key enabler of scalable Data Governance through MDM platform capabilities.
- Defines, implements, and governs enterprise master data architecture using Stibo Systems.
- Enables and integrates governance framework within MDM architecture and operationalized in alignment with LNCA enterprise data strategy, governance standards, and business outcomes.
- Works closely with business, analytics, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions that enable trusted, data-driven decision-making.
