About The Position

TEKsystems is currently seeking a strong MDM Engineer with experience supporting large-scale production environments and enterprise mobile technologies. This role focuses on mobile device management, troubleshooting iOS and Android devices, supporting end users, and working with infrastructure and operations teams to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support experience in a large-scale production operations environment
• Experience supporting mobility technologies in a global enterprise environment
• Experience with infrastructure operations supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android operating systems
• Knowledge of enterprise mobile device management and device lifecycle support
• Experience troubleshooting mobile devices and backend infrastructure issues
• Ability to analyze device and infrastructure logs to identify root cause
• Knowledge of large-scale enterprise networking concepts
• Experience working directly with end users to resolve technical issues
