About The Position

This role is for an Enterprise Architect 3 specializing in Master Data Management (MDM). The position is based in Austin, TX, and requires the candidate to reside within 50 miles of the location. The contract duration is for 12+ months, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Interviews will be conducted in person.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Informatica MDM.
  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM).
  • Strong ETL development experience.
  • Experience with data modeling using ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Oracle and Snowflake platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Metadata Management and Data Governance.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent architecture, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Healthcare or Health & Human Services domain experience.
  • Experience working with Provider and Member Master Data domains.
  • Experience implementing Identity Resolution solutions.
  • Experience with Data Governance programs and frameworks.
  • Informatica IDMC implementation experience.
  • Experience with Metadata Manager architecture.
  • Experience installing and configuring Informatica Metadata Manager.
  • Oracle DBA background.
  • Experience leveraging AI and Data Analytics for data governance, reporting, and enterprise decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.
  • Architect and support Enterprise Information Management (EIM) initiatives and best practices.
  • Design and develop ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise data models using ERwin, ER/Studio, or equivalent tools.
  • Lead metadata management and data governance initiatives across enterprise platforms.
  • Design identity resolution and data matching strategies for provider and member master data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to define master data requirements and governance policies.
  • Support integration of Oracle, Snowflake, and other enterprise data platforms.
  • Produce architecture documentation, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Participate in Agile project delivery and provide architectural guidance throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to enterprise data management capabilities.
