About The Position

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a licensed clinician with supervisory experience to join their team as a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor. This role provides leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for BHN’s Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams. The supervisor will oversee a team of Triage Clinicians, ensuring a rapid and compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing call flow and appropriate assignment of mobile assessments. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field (required).
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (required).
  • Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, make timely decisions, and maintain a calm, solution-focused presence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of Bachelor’s-level Triage Counselors.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
  • Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
  • Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
  • Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
  • Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.
