About The Position

The role plays a key role in delivering operational excellence within the Member Contact Center. This position supports reporting, scheduling, process improvement, auditing, and quality initiatives that drive efficiency, growth, accuracy, and exceptional member experiences. The role requires a balance of analytical ability, attention to detail, and leadership support.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze LOB reporting, including KPIs, board call statistics, AmpliFi management.
  • VISA DPS operations support.
  • Manage Card Maintenance support functions (OLB blocked card reissuance, etc.)
  • Review and manage ongoing MCC personal loan and vehicle pipeline.
  • Conduct card logs control audits to ensure compliance and service consistency.
  • Conduct call quality control audits to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee MCC agent scheduling and ensure alignment with coverage and performance goals.
  • Partner with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiencies and cross-department collaboration.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to MCC leaders, including data preparation and backup coverage as needed.
