About The Position
Walmart MBA Intern Walmart Retail MBA Internship Location: Bentonville, Arkansas When you join Land O’Lakes as an intern, you are joining a Fortune 250 agribusiness and food production leader with more than 100 years of operations as a farmer- and member-owned cooperative. With business units spanning crop insights, animal nutrition, dairy foods, and sustainability solutions, you will gain a purpose-driven, hands-on internship experience. Throughout your internship you will be given real world, business critical projects that will test your ability to think strategically, glean insights from data, and deliver a recommendation to our business leadership. Additionally, you will engage with the Walmart team across all levels to network, meet our senior leaders and start building your career.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and current Walton College MBA student required with expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026
- Ability to work a minimum of two days/week in the Bentonville, Arkansas office location (20 – 25 hours total per week)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Self-motivated with a strong action-oriented bias
- Solid analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into action plan
- Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments
- Proficiency with MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 1+ years related full-time professional experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Contribute to business-critical projects that make a meaningful impact
- Support Land O’Lakes Walmart business and will establish a strong working relationship with the broader cross-functional sales team
- Develop a strong understanding of both Land O’Lakes and customers’ businesses
- Analyze Retail Link and other data to determine growth opportunities
- Assist in broker management and retail execution
- Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities
