About The Position

Walmart MBA Intern Walmart Retail MBA Internship Location: Bentonville, Arkansas When you join Land O’Lakes as an intern, you are joining a Fortune 250 agribusiness and food production leader with more than 100 years of operations as a farmer- and member-owned cooperative. With business units spanning crop insights, animal nutrition, dairy foods, and sustainability solutions, you will gain a purpose-driven, hands-on internship experience. Throughout your internship you will be given real world, business critical projects that will test your ability to think strategically, glean insights from data, and deliver a recommendation to our business leadership. Additionally, you will engage with the Walmart team across all levels to network, meet our senior leaders and start building your career. As a Walmart Retail MBA Intern, you will: Contribute to business-critical projects that make a meaningful impact Support Land O’Lakes Walmart business and will establish a strong working relationship with the broader cross-functional sales team Develop a strong understanding of both Land O’Lakes and customers’ businesses Analyze Retail Link and other data to determine growth opportunities Assist in broker management and retail execution Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities This is more than just an internship position—it is the first step in a potential long-term career path. This internship is a pipeline for our Account Manager position after degree completion with the Bentonville team, our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN or another Land O’Lakes location outside of Arden Hills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and current Walton College MBA student required with expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026
Ability to work a minimum of two days/week in the Bentonville, Arkansas office location (20 – 25 hours total per week)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity
Demonstrated leadership ability
Self-motivated with a strong action-oriented bias
Solid analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into action plan
Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments
Proficiency with MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1+ years related full-time professional experience preferred
