About The Position

Activision is seeking talented and innovative MBA students for summer 2027 internships. Interns will be assigned meaningful projects and provided with the necessary tools and resources for an unparalleled learning experience. The work performed will directly impact the teams they contribute to. All internships will be conducted in-person, with hosting managers determining office work schedules. Interns will have the option to utilize relocation services, including reimbursement for flights, trains, or car mileage. A living stipend will be provided to help cover housing, utility, commuting, and other miscellaneous costs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating December 2027 – June 2028.
  • Available to participate in a 12-week internship starting in mid-May or mid-June.
  • Currently residing in the US or open to relocating oneself to the US.
  • Exhibits learning agility; has the ability to think differently, and/or grasp and apply new skills and concepts.
  • Approaches problems in a clear, well-organized, and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Works well with others and contributes to team tasks.
  • Able to effectively communicate problems, solutions, needs, or priorities.
  • Is engaged, seeks to learn, and is able to manage time effectively.
  • A passion for significantly impacting game development.

  • Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, computer science/engineering, business analytics, data analytics, or other technology-focused business roles (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data and tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms to drive decisions (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across cross-functional partners (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights and strategic recommendations (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Interest in gaming, technology infrastructure, and collaborating with teams across global studios and functions (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a track record of quickly mastering new concepts and tackling ambiguous challenges (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Foundational understanding of technology, computer systems, or software development environments (MBA Intern, Tech Strategy).
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science (MBA Intern, Studio Strategy & Operations).
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, finance, corporate strategy, business operations, or a related field (MBA Intern, Studio Strategy & Operations).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business situations and develop actionable recommendations (MBA Intern, Studio Strategy & Operations).
  • Experience using Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting (MBA Intern, Studio Strategy & Operations).

Nice To Haves
