About The Position

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 3-year accelerated curriculum designed to attract, develop, and retain talented leaders within Finance. This internship offers MBA students a 10-week, project-based program where they will act as financial consultants and strategic business partners for various internal clients. Interns will complete a project, present their findings to leadership, and gain insight into the FLDP by collaborating cross-functionally and utilizing innovative approaches. The role involves tackling strategic priorities, experiencing a day in the life of a consultant, and honing leadership skills through project work, mentorship, and training.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial consultant and strategic business partner for internal clients such as Merchandising, Stores, Advertising, Supply Chain, Property Development, and Technology Services.
• Complete a project and present results to department leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally.
• Utilize forward-thinking solutions and innovative approaches.
• Tackle strategic priorities and pressing financial questions.
• Shadow, drive, and present findings to leadership as part of a 'Key Experience'.
• Hone leadership skills through project work, mentorship, and onsite trainings.
