About The Position

Hunter Douglas is seeking high-potential MBA graduates for a full-time role that begins with a four-month, high-visibility strategic project. This project is sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team and allows participants to apply their skills to a real business challenge, making an immediate impact. Following the project, graduates will transition into a full-time business role aligned with their skills and the company's strategic needs, offering opportunities for learning and career acceleration within Hunter Douglas.

Requirements

Full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
3+ years of professional work experience (between undergraduate graduation and MBA start) or 3+ years of military work experience prior to MBA start.
Must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the major location hubs: Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO, Irvine, CA, New York, NY, Dallas, TX, or Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a strategic project that drives measurable impact and aligns with important business goals.
Participate in onboarding, including local team meetings and targeted learning sessions.
Engage in a global induction at HQ for an in-depth introduction to the company's strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem-solving approaches.
Connect with Senior Leaders and other MBA Hires.
Transition into a full-time role within the business after the project completion.
