About The Position

Hunter Douglas is seeking high-potential MBA graduates for a full-time role that begins with a four-month, high-visibility strategic project sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team. This project allows participants to apply their skills to real business challenges and make an immediate impact. Following the project, graduates will transition into a full-time role aligned with their skills and the company's strategic needs, offering opportunities for learning and career acceleration within Hunter Douglas.

Requirements

Full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
3+ years of professional work experience between undergraduate graduation and starting MBA, or 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting MBA.
Must be located in or willing to relocate to major location hubs: Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO, Irvine, CA, New York, NY, Dallas, TX, or Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

Complete three weeks of onboarding, including a one-week local team orientation and targeted learning sessions.
Participate in a Global Induction at HQ for an in-depth introduction to the company's strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem-solving approaches.
Connect with Senior Leaders and other MBA Hires.
Take ownership of a strategic project that drives measurable impact and aligns with important business goals.
Transition into a business area role after the four-month project.
