Requirements
- Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership sales experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
- Effectively present vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals while providing a positive and transparent experience.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge of Mazda vehicles.
- Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.
