Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drives
- Manage the delivery process, ensuring satisfaction and understanding
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up using CRM tools
