Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working retail hours, including Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
• Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Present pricing, financing, and lease options
• Respond to phone and internet leads using CRM software
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
• Prospect for new sales opportunities
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and technology
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Support dealership goals and customer satisfaction standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
