Requirements

Exceptional customer service abilities
Strong organizational skills
Availability to work rotating Saturdays
Friendly and outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
Capability to operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license
Must successfully pass a drug screening
Eager to learn and teachable
Professional appearance and a strong work ethic
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with basic office software

Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter by addressing inquiries and processing part purchases.
Utilize electronic catalogs and dealer management systems (DMS) to accurately identify and locate parts.
Process parts sales, returns, and special orders promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure the correct parts are available for all scheduled repairs.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked parts counter environment.
Track back-ordered parts and communicate updates on status to customers and service advisors in a timely manner.
