Experienced Mazda Finance Manager
About The Position
Bay Ridge Mazda is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be a closer who understands compliance, product penetration, and how to move deals through the pipeline with precision and transparency. This role involves presenting finance and aftermarket products, securing funding, maintaining lender relations, ensuring accurate deal processing, and collaborating with sales managers to expedite deals. The position also requires maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) and managing daily deal flow, including DMV and documentation processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager at a Mazda or import dealership.
- High PVR with consistent product sales (warranty, maintenance, GAP, etc.).
- Fluent in lease structures, subprime financing, and special programs.
- Strong understanding of compliance, menu presentation, and lender relationships.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of handling volume without sacrificing accuracy.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and menu-based selling systems.
Responsibilities
- Present finance and aftermarket products in a clear, confident, and compliant manner.
- Secure funding and maintain strong lender relations across all credit tiers.
- Ensure every deal is papered clean, fast, and fully documented.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to move deals quickly through the funnel.
- Maintain high CSI and build customer trust from the desk forward.
- Manage daily deal flow, ensure accuracy, and handle DMV/doc processing with the support team.
