About The Position

GHG Corporation is an established SDVOSB, supporting programs around the world. We are seeking a Maximo Senior Data Lead who can help support on our IBM contract. The Maximo Senior Data Lead is responsible for designing and executing data migration strategies for USPS Maximo implementations. This role involves reviewing source system architecture and data, identifying required data elements, and developing migration plans. The individual will create custom migration objects and workflows to import and validate data, oversee the transformation of historical data, and ensure alignment with project timelines and dependencies. Additionally, the role supports database performance, integrity, and compliance across multiple platforms and environments. The candidate must be able to work independently, ensuring outcomes align with USPS vision, mission, and objectives. Technical skills, programming expertise, and knowledge of Maximo data structures are essential.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 5 years of experience in federal
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 10 years of experience in federal
• 10+ years of experience with Data and Optimization program definition and execution across multiple industries
• 5+ years of experience with data governance and implementing data management standards across large-scale projects and organizations
• Maximo 9 Experience
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• MS SQL or Similar Databases
• ETL Tools
• Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
• Candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance: United States - MBI
• To be considered for work per project needs, a candidate must be either a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident Alien (No HQ visa holders).

• Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)
• Prior Experience with USPS
• Certified Maximo Deployment Professional
• Understanding of IBM Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options
