About The Position

MaxAccelerate Technology Group is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Infrastructure Architect to take technical ownership of complete Maximo Application Suite 9 (MAS 9) implementations for global clients. The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on infrastructure installation and engineering across multiple client engagements and industry verticals through the company’s nearshore delivery model. It also includes contributing to MaxAccelerate AI by helping build infrastructure and integrations for AI-enabled asset management. The role is fully remote, with an opportunity to work from planned Dubai offices when they open in 2027. The architect leads MAS 9 implementations from infrastructure discovery and architecture through sizing, prerequisite validation, installation, configuration, testing, production go-live and operational handover. The role designs secure, resilient environments on Red Hat OpenShift across IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, private cloud and on-premises deployments. It includes deploying MAS core, Maximo Manage and relevant applications, industry solutions and add-ons; delivering upgrades and migrations; and engineering high availability, backup, restoration, disaster recovery, monitoring and capacity planning. The role uses automation and infrastructure-as-code tools to create repeatable builds and controlled deployment workflows. It involves leading technical workshops with global clients, documenting architecture and operational procedures, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring engineers and collaborating with AI and data specialists on secure hosting, connectivity and integrations between Maximo environments, enterprise data and AI applications.
