Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD command and control (C2), intelligence, targeting, operations, mission planning, or operational missions
  • Experience with Maven Smart System (MSS) or Palantir-based mission applications in support of military operations
  • Experience integrating classified and unclassified data sources, intelligence feeds, databases, APIs, and mission systems into operational applications
  • Experience configuring workflows supporting intelligence, targeting, operational planning, battle management, or decision support
  • Knowledge of DoD enterprise and tactical architectures, classified networks, cross-domain considerations, cybersecurity requirements, and deployment constraints
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ontologies, data pipelines, transformation, tagging, and entity relationships used to organize and operationalize mission data
  • Ability to work directly with operators, intelligence analysts, planners, and military leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting joint, combatant command, service component, or operational-level headquarters
  • Experience integrating ISR, targeting, operational, logistics, or command-and-control data across multiple systems
  • Experience with CJADC2, data mesh and data fabric concepts, and DoD data strategy principles
  • Experience conducting user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and iterative capability delivery with military operators
  • Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data engineering tools
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled intelligence, targeting, battle management, or decision-support workflows
  • Master's degree
  • Technical or Cloud certifications
