Requirements

Previous experience using pneumatic tools preferred.
Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble mattresses according to established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools, including hog-ring guns, staple guns, c-ring guns, and hot glue guns.
Operate Hot Melt Bond (HMB) equipment to assemble HMB units and apply specified upholstery layers.
Assemble open coil and foam-encased pocketed coil mattress units.
Apply designated upholstery and comfort layers to mattress components.
Perform foam encasing and final mattress assembly to meet production and quality standards.
Inspect mattress components and finished products for structural defects, quality issues, and unacceptable flaws.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety and production procedures.
Meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and consistency.
