About The Position

Through high-impact, small-group tutoring, you will accelerate student learning in math, build student confidence and identity as learners, help close opportunity gaps in education, and contribute to measurable, meaningful academic outcomes. As a Math Fellow, you will gain real classroom and instructional experience from day one, lead small-group tutoring sessions with students, receive ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced educators, and develop skills in lesson delivery, student engagement, and data-driven instruction. You’ll earn a steady income while building professional experience and leave this role with practical, transferable skills that will serve you well in education and beyond. Many Math Fellows use this experience to explore and prepare for a future in education. Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Blueprint Schools Network participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
  • Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
  • English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
  • Ability to commit through the end of the school year
  • Successful completion of required background screenings
  • Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day
  • Build strong relationships with students and support their growth
  • Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data
