About The Position

Thank you for your interest in joining Belmont Charter Network! We’re excited that you’re considering a career with us. At Belmont, our mission is to provide each student with a high-quality education supported by services that meet the needs of the whole child. Our success starts with passionate, dedicated team members who believe in the power of education to create lasting change. We’re always looking for talented individuals who are committed to equity, collaboration, and growth—both for themselves and the communities we serve. Belmont Charter Network is a family of 5 community schools centered on the central mission to promote the academic, social, and emotional well-being of each child. Our schools are supported by a non-profit partner to provide holistic services to the school, including out-of-school time, our social work project, and Head Start. How do we do this? We do it by ensuring our students have access to complete support both in and out of the classroom through a talented team of teachers, leaders, social workers, and partners. We believe that schools and learning should be joyful! You can find more about our core values and vision here. We believe that education is the single biggest way we can disrupt the systemic racism that impacts Philadelphia and, by extension, our country. We are a mission-centered organization that has grown since our founding over 20 years ago to be the organization that serves Philadelphia today. Learn more about our partners who support this vision by creating a full scope of community support for our students and families.
