About The Position

Requirements

- Passion for math and working with students.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day center operations.
- Respond promptly to leads and enroll students.
- Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees.
- Lead and motivate team members and support their professional and personal development.
- Market the Mathnasium program by building relationships with schools and the community.
- Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
- Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans.
