Holmes Middle School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Math Interventionist to provide targeted academic support for middle school students performing below grade level in mathematics. The Math Interventionist will work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, intervention teams, and families to accelerate student growth, strengthen foundational math skills, and ensure all students have access to rigorous grade-level learning opportunities. This position plays a critical role in supporting Holmes Middle School’s commitment to high-quality Tier I instruction, data-driven practices, and student achievement.
