About The Position
American Straight A Academy (ASAA) is seeking part-time remote high school science teachers to teach globally with flexible work hours. ASAA is a fast-growing international online school that delivers American high school education to students worldwide. The open subjects for high school level are Calculus and Statistics. Teachers can choose between two class schedule options, both in Pacific Time: Option 1 is Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Option 2 is Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There is no upper limit on teaching hours, as they depend on teacher availability within the selected schedule options. The role involves teaching engaging 1-on-1 or small group (2–6 students) online classes, delivering lessons using structured teaching materials, and tracking student progress with timely post-class feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a related subject area
- Strong communication skills and a professional teaching attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in teaching delivery
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- High school experience preferred
Responsibilities
