Requirements

Passion for math and working with students
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
High School Diploma preferred
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Follow-up with parents and guardians regarding students' learning progress and engagement
Become proficient with Mathnasium educational materials, systems, and processes
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and professional learning environment
Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling assigned duties and obligations
Be honest and ethical in interactions with all customers
Instructors are expected to work at least 3 days per week aligned with instructional hours
