The Maternal Health RN Care Coordinator supports the Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute (RCHI) Maternal Health Program through telehealth care coordination, patient education, remote patient monitoring, and support for the maternal health program across rural Texas. This position coordinates prenatal and postpartum services, supports rural clinical partnerships, and assists with maternal safety and obstetric emergency simulation training initiatives. The RN Care Coordinator works collaboratively with APRNs, physicians, and rural healthcare teams to improve maternal health outcomes and expand access to evidence-based care in underserved communities. Responsibilities include patient education, remote-monitoring review, care coordination, simulation-training support, quality-improvement activities, and outreach initiatives. This position is primarily based at the Texas A&M–Fort Worth campus, with travel to rural partner sites as needed.
