Tenet Healthcare and The Hospitals of Providence – Memorial Campus invite you to join a growing Maternal-Fetal Medicine program in El Paso, Texas. This is a clinical role focused on delivering exceptional care to high-risk mothers and their families. The position offers a supportive environment with in-house billing, coding, and collections, allowing physicians to concentrate on patient care. Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking skills preferred and valued given the bilingual patient population

Responsibilities

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialty practice
• Outpatient clinic schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Manage daily patient census of approximately 16 patients per clinic day
• Handle inpatient consults (3–4 per month)
• Participate in split call coverage (approximately 12–15 days per month, with 98% manageable by phone)
