About The Position

Baptist Medical Network, part of Tenet Healthcare, is expanding its Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program in San Antonio to meet growing demand. This is a consultative-only role, meaning there is no delivery obligation. The position is supported by a large, established referral network, allowing for rapid practice growth. The role offers the clinical autonomy of a private practice combined with the infrastructure, support staff, and resources of a major health system. The clinic is located in a Medical Office Building adjacent to the hospital, and AI scribe technology is available to reduce documentation burden. Dedicated administrative and clinical support staff are provided. The Baptist Medical Network includes over 7 hospitals, neighborhood medical centers, and satellite clinics.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal & Fetal Medicine
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain

Responsibilities

• Consultative-only MFM role
• Build volume quickly through a large, established referral network
• Utilize AI scribe technology to reduce documentation burden
• Work with a dedicated team of ARMDS-certified sonographers and genetic counselors
