About The Position

We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join our premier maternal-fetal medicine practice where clinical excellence meets exceptional support, offering both professional fulfillment and work-life balance in a state-of-the-art facility in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Saint Peter’s provides care to more than over 15,000 women annually from all over the Tri-State region. We deliver more than 5,500 babies annually - more than any other facility in central New Jersey. The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine is housed in the Regional Perinatal Center at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, renowned throughout the state for the exceptional level of high-risk maternity and neonatal care we provide. Saint Peter’s also houses an award-winning level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a state-designated regional center, the Department of Medical Genetics and Genomic Medicine provides in-patient and out-patient services to patients, including abnormal newborn screens.

Requirements

Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited Residency in OB/GYN and Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Board certification or eligible in OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine
MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
DEA and CDS license
Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance

Responsibilities

Full-time MFM role with established, high-volume practice serving extensive referral network.
Comprehensive maternal and fetal procedural capabilities.
Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
Monthly department conferences and presentations.
Research opportunities: perinatal research consortium and part of the MFMU network via Columbia.
