About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading academic health system in North Texas to identify a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join a highly respected Women's & Infants program. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a mission-driven environment that combines advanced clinical care, academic medicine, and teaching. Join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies while helping shape the next generation of physicians. You'll join an established Women's & Infants Service Line that includes experienced OB/GYN physicians, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Advanced Practice Providers, and OB/GYN residents. The hospital is a busy regional referral center with a Level I Trauma Center, Level III NICU, high-volume labor and delivery program, comprehensive maternal and fetal care services, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN Residency and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Texas
  • Current BLS certification
  • Unrestricted DEA registration

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of independent practice experience
  • Experience performing fetal echocardiography
  • A strong interest in education, mentorship, and continuous clinical improvement is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and management for high-risk obstetric patients
  • Perform and interpret prenatal diagnostic testing and advanced ultrasound examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for medically complex pregnancies
  • Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, neonatologists, advanced practice providers, and hospital teams
  • Teach and mentor residents and medical students
  • Participate in quality improvement and academic initiatives
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasound studies
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Women's & Infants program
