We are looking for a dedicated Maternal Child Health RN to join our team. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing; BSN program preferred.
  • Valid VT Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience as an RN in Maternal Child Health. New graduates or those without Maternal Child Health experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and share a personalized care plan for each client, incorporating input from the client, their family, and their doctor.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and with community members to ensure comprehensive care and it complies with all regulations and agency guidelines.
  • Support our work with the Strong Families of Vermont Home Visiting programs. These programs offer support to families during pregnancy and through the early years of a child’s life.
  • Execute care plans, implement nursing interventions, and provide client and family education.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with the healthcare team and keep accurate electronic records to support coordinated care.
  • Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the agency.
