Under the direct supervision of the Yard Manager, the Yard Cleaner/Laborer will be tasked with ensuring the yard is clean from debris and products are contained within their assigned areas. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and strives to keep things in an orderly fashion.

Requirements

• Time management and organization skills.
• Communicate clearly and concisely.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively within a team, and across multiple departments and personality types.

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping of yard material in order to ensure all items are kept within their assigned areas.
• Parking lot and entry way cleaning.
• Daily sweeping, cleaning, shoveling and debris collection.
• Maintain a clean, organized yard while maintaining good safety practices.
• Use of hand tools in a safe and proper manner.
• Properly dispose of waste and debris in corresponding receptacle.
• Ability to operate equipment safely in order to perform essential responsibilities.
• Understanding of products, including application, safety and handling.
