  • Experience in materials characterization or laboratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with polymer testing techniques and laboratory equipment.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required, as this is a global role involving regular collaboration and communication with international stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a regulated environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of techniques such as tensile testing, fatigue, DMA, DSC, TGA, rheology, or similar materials characterization methods will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Performing mechanical, thermal, physical, and optical testing of polymer materials.
  • Developing and validating test methods to evaluate material performance.
  • Analyzing test results using engineering and statistical methods.
  • Preparing technical reports to support product development and regulatory activities.
  • Maintaining and improving laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and documentation.
  • Supporting verification, validation, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Benefits

  • This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the development of next-generation orthodontic materials while working alongside scientists, engineers, and technical experts in an innovation-driven environment.
  • Your work will help ensure new materials are ready for commercialization by generating the data and technical evidence that support product performance, regulatory compliance, and product quality.
