We have an opportunity for a Materials Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for overall performance and lead the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or a related field.
Must be a hands-on leader.
Learn Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
Personnel management experience.
High energy and the ability to motivate and influence.
Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement.
Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
Supporting the team to adhere to cycle counting monthly goals and maintaining compliance of program.
Maintain a PFEP for all storage locations.
Be responsible for staffing requirements the meet the established goals/line rates.
Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development.
Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
