About The Position

Prinsco is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead daily material handling activities and support safe, efficient material flow across its operation. The role partners closely with production to ensure materials are available, organized, and handled responsibly. The supervisor coaches and supports team members, reinforces safety expectations, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and inventory practices. Clear communication, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are important to the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience supervising and leading a team in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize materials flow and inventory levels.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing materials and resources.
