About The Position

Supervise the materials team to include the plant scheduler, cycle count team, and forklift drivers. Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Be responsible for working with the production department regarding material control, consumption, repair, and scrap. Work with Procurement and Production to identify and escalate any material shortages on the production floor. Monitor and Manage the shipping, order entry, and OTIF of Vertical integration parts. Monitor and Manage the Min/Max and Kan Ban levels in the Vertical Integration Warehouse. Optimize raw material storage within the production facility. Monitor and drive compliance with all company policies, ERP procedures, and safety standards. Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Root cause Analysis background
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and become proficient in D365 is essential

Nice To Haves

• Lean Daily Management background highly preferred
• APICS trained preferred
• The successful candidate is expected to develop proficiency in D365 as part of their role. Prior experience is not required
