About The Position

Minth is seeking a Materials Requirement Planner (MRP) to work onsite in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The role supports automotive production planning and focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, managing supply chain workflows, and ensuring efficient material and resource planning using SAP. The position involves coordinating with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams, maintaining accurate production and inventory data, supporting users with SAP production modules, and improving planning processes and system functionality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience working with SAP in a production planning or supply chain role; automotive industry experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with advanced production planning tools and techniques.
SAP certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans to support efficient manufacturing processes.
Manage the integration of SAP systems to streamline production and supply chain operations.
Analyze and forecast production requirements based on customer demand and inventory levels.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
Enter accurate data and update SAP systems for production schedules and inventory management.
Resolve issues related to SAP production modules and support end users.
Monitor and improve production planning processes.
Generate and analyze reports on production performance, material usage, and resource allocation.
Assist in developing system functionalities to improve production scheduling and planning.
