About The Position

As a Warehouse Materials Representative for Atlantic Health, your primary responsibility is to efficiently pick, pack, and ship medical supplies to ensure that healthcare professionals have the materials they need to provide top-quality care. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail as you handle various medical supplies, often lifting items that weigh up to 50 lbs, and occasionally as much as 75 lbs. Being on your feet for the duration of your shift is part of the job, as you’ll be constantly moving through the warehouse to fulfill orders. You’ll need to possess the ability to count, read, and sort items accurately to ensure that the right products are packed and shipped on time. Precision is critical, as even a small mistake can have a significant impact on the healthcare services the facility provides. In addition to your technical skills, you’ll work closely with leadership, following their directions to meet deadlines and maintain the flow of operations. Whether it's processing incoming shipments or preparing orders for distribution, it’s important to be adaptable and ready to take on new tasks as needed. You must also work quickly and accurately to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time, as the role involves meeting important timelines that impact the facility's operations. Punctuality and time management are key components of the role. As a warehouse representative, you must be dependable and arrive on time to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframe. The ability to manage your time effectively helps maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
