About The Position
Responsible for monitoring quality, temperature, and accuracy of inventory supplies for patients' and non-patients’ meals. Maintains and ensures cleanliness and sanitation in work areas in compliance with policies and procedures.

- Maintains inventory of all groceries, meats, frozen items, paper goods replacements and menu items on daily basis for ordering purposes
- Develop food and supply orders according to need and build to appropriate par levels
- Communicates quality standard requirements and trains employees to follow proper procedures to complete tasks
- Supervises the assembly requisitions and patient nourishment along with sanitation of the entire kitchen
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to sanitation checklist in compliance with Hospital, State, HACCP and JCAHO requirements

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
