About The Position

The bilingual Materials Receiving & Inspection Associate works directly in the warehouse environment handling incoming goods, company orders, and material transfers. This role focuses on physical receiving, inspection, and movement of materials to support accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse, receiving, and material handling.
Ability to read packing slips, labels, and material descriptions.
Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work on foot for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and company orders at the warehouse dock.
Verify quantities, item descriptions, and packing slip/purchase order details.
Check materials for damage, defects, or missing items and report issues immediately.
Verify transfers between departments or warehouse locations.
Review and validate inventory control against the printed Excel spreadsheet to ensure accuracy.
Organize and stage received materials in the correct warehouse locations.
Handle company transfers between branch locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving zone.
Follow all warehouse safety rules, PPE requirements, and handling procedures.
Assist with physical inventory counts and material checks as needed.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
