About The Position

The Materials Program Manager position in CPO (Capital Procurement Operations) manages outsourced buyer operations and serves as the primary point of contact for supplier delivery and back-end procurement escalations supporting Intel ramp activities across our global manufacturing sites. This role manages and executes specialized supply chain programs to meet defined business objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing project schedules and dependencies, identifying resource needs, tracking program health through quality and timeline indicators, and communicating risks, impacts, and decisions clearly. The role will own supplier procurement operations from forecast through delivery, including supplier quote requests (RFQ) and master data set up to enable capital and supporting items procurement in Intel systems, management of outsourced buyer team on PO placement/ change management for capital equipment and supporting items across a broad range of supplier accounts, and overall management of supplier capacity availability to meet Intel’s site ramp requirements and ensure the stability of our world class manufacturing operations. This role also monitors supplier performance against delivery, quality, and ramp-specific KPIs, engages directly with suppliers as needed, and provides first-level escalation support for site stakeholders in the APAC region. This is a global role and will require collaboration across multiple teams in different time zones and regions. Advanced English fluency will be required. Early morning and/or later evening meetings may be required. Other Key Responsibilities Demonstrated experience independently solving complex problems across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong leadership skills to manage ambiguity and drive results. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage diverse stakeholders, including executive level presentation of information and influencing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field) with 3+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s, 2+ years for Master’s, or 0 years for PhD.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier relationships and execute operational strategies.
  • 1+ years of experience with SAP or similar procurement tools.
  • Advanced English fluency.

  • Experience in business intelligence tools, data modeling, and data transformation. (Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience in advanced data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with AI and advanced analytics for process optimization and problem-solving.
