About The Position

The Manager of Materials & Planning is responsible for overseeing materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, production scheduling, and supplier coordination to ensure manufacturing operations run efficiently. This role supports on-time production and customer delivery by managing material availability, ERP/MRP accuracy, outsourced manufacturing partners, and cross-functional communication between Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or manufacturing operations
• Electronics or component-based manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Outsourced manufacturing coordination experience
• ECO/EO experience
• ERP/MRP accuracy experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
