About The Position

The Materials Planning Analyst role functions as an individual contributor supporting programs assembled within the Camera & Sensor Packaging manufacturing group. The prospective hire will perform production control and material control (PCMC) functions. This position will provide lab support for Camera & Sensor Packaging and Thin Films factory areas. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree
  • This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors in, Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience of including any of the following: planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, purchasing, economics, and/or operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Prior experience with MRP systems.
  • Experience in a lab environment, warehouse, live production floor, event planning, floor restocking, and or merchandise purchasing.
  • Excel experience (i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, index match)

Responsibilities

  • Kit sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies into multiple factory environments, including cleanrooms that require PPE.
  • Physically enter factory lab spaces throughout the workday to stock completed assemblies, move critical hardware to lineside point of use replenishment points, cycle count hardware on behalf of the broader team, move hardware between buildings, and assist in contractual shipment activities.
  • Act as the team representative at daily tier meetings and weekly gate planning meetings providing up to date status on hardware within the factory environments.
  • Receive and respond to requests for support from factory supervisors, leaders, and technicians.
  • Replenish as required materials including but not limited to fasteners, adhesives, and other miscellaneous shelf-life managed materials in all RVS factory environments.
