Our production environment is highly specialized, involving cleanroom operations, precision crystal growth, and rigorous metrology to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. As a Mechanical and Automation Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing aspects of the backbone of our manufacturing operations. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced, cleanroom-based production setting where attention to detail, safety, and collaboration are essential. Your work will support the fabrication and testing of semiconductor materials from tooling design using CAD applications to system configurations and evaluations related to automation. Success in this role requires not only strong technical skills, but also the ability to work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff in a controlled environment. You’ll be expected to understand the urgency of production schedules, communicate clearly across disciplines, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance yield, reliability, and throughput.
