About The Position

Manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with parts procurement and material handling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to review and work with materials and related documentation to support compliance and operational needs
  • General awareness of chemical handling and purchasing considerations
  • Familiarity with aircraft parts documentation and certification requirements, including Certificates of Conformity, FAA Form 8130-3, and other aviation-spe
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
