Requirements

Grade 12 diploma and/or equivalent college or university education
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Excel is a must

Nice To Haves

Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) would be advantageous

Responsibilities

Use of ERP to create master schedule sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders for the assigned production department.
Monitor the production process and determine the status of assigned schedules.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Effect changes to the production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Prepare production reports.
Ensure customer demands are satisfied while avoiding premium shipments.
Communicate inefficiencies and/or bottlenecks to the appropriate Manager or Supervisor.
Ensure that all company policies are maintained.
Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.
