About The Position

This role supports the Americas Supply Chain Organization and the Crosslinkers business line. The Materials Planner manages day-to-day supply chain execution for assigned tollers, suppliers, and plants, with a strong focus on inventory control, purchase orders, stock transfers, customer service levels, and supply issue resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in science, engineering, supply chain, or logistics.
In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, or similar experience is required.
Strong communication, detail orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are important.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across functions and levels are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with IBP and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and convert UB/IVs for finished goods, intermediates, and raw materials at responsible facilities.
Plan production and create POs for tollers.
Create POs for traded goods and convert planned orders to purchase requisitions.
Manage alerts, ATP failures, expedites, allocations, blocked stock, inventory health, and scrapping coordination.
Maintain inventory settings and support reporting, KPIs, and cross-functional supply questions with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Technology, Logistics, suppliers, tollers, plants, and warehouses.
