About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Materials Operations Lead to join our team in Georgetown, KY. The Materials Operations Lead position oversees, as an individual contributor, the entire spectrum of materials operations, including requisition, inventory control, distribution, and compliance with industry standards. Plays a critical role in process improvement initiatives, employee and customer training, customer service excellence, and compliance activities. This role works independently within established procedures associated with Materials functions and has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to Supply Chain Materials-related processes.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in healthcare materials environment preferred
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement preferred

Responsibilities
