About The Position

Avancez Assembly is seeking dedicated forklift drivers to join its manufacturing team. The role involves safely operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move products within the warehouse, load trucks, unload incoming trucks, put inventory away, and rack and stack products up to 16 feet high. Operators may also load trucks with empty dunnage. Candidates should be punctual, ready to work as part of a team, and committed to safety.

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for 8–9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Must be punctual and demonstrate a personal commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift.
• Move products within the warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
